What Wyna stores

When you keep a hive, Wyna stores the hive label, the lid mark, the check interval, and the checks you record. A check holds its date, the two tick groups, the note, the frame photograph, and the spoken note you add. A filed inspection sheet is an image made from one check.

These records stay in the app storage on this iPhone. Wyna does not upload photographs or voice notes to a Wyna server.

Purchases

Comb purchases are processed by Apple. Wyna receives the product identifier and transaction identifier from StoreKit so it can add Combs and avoid counting the same transaction twice. Wyna does not receive your payment card number.

Camera, photos, and microphone

Take photo uses the camera only after you allow it. Choose media uses the photo library only after you allow it. Save image writes an inspection sheet into Photos only after you allow adding photos. Record note uses the microphone only after you allow it. If you decline, that action stops and the check stays open.

Notifications

After you tap Continue, Wyna shows the system notification prompt. If check reminders stay on, Wyna schedules a local notification for a hive that is due. Wyna does not register for remote push from a Wyna server.

Delete Account

Delete Account in the settings drawer removes hives, checks, filed sheets, spoken notes, photographs, and the Combs still held in the app. Log Out returns to the welcome screen and leaves those records in place.
